以淮南矿业(集团)公司现有计算机网络资源、硬件资源和管理应用软件资源为基础，通过对比分析的方法，论述了实施“淮南矿业(集团)公司企业综合管理计算机网络系统”建设的必要性；分析了实施企业综合管理计算机网络系统在经济效益和社会效益方面的收益；对于实施企业综合管理计算机网络系统在经济技术、社会等因素方面的可行性作了探讨。

On the basis of a comparativeanalysis of the computer netwo rk resources, hardware resources and management software resources of Huainan Mini ng Group, the article proposes the main functions and the necessity to construct the computer network for overall management in enterprise administration in Hua inan Mining Group. The article also presents an analysis of the economic and soc ial benefit resulting from the implementation of this project as well as a study on the feasibility of this project.
