术前访视及术后回访对肿瘤手术患者心理影响的临床研究

Before and after the operation of mental intervention effect analysis on anxiety of malignant tumor patients

目的探讨术前、术后访视对肿瘤手术患者的心理状态的影响。方法随机将120例肿瘤手术患者分为观察组与对照组各60例。采用焦虑自评法,于手术当天和术后第一天至第二天分别对两组患者进行测评与分析,同时监测血流动力学及血糖指标。结果实施术前、术后访视的观察组的手术患者恐惧、焦虑及伤口疼痛值均低于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05),手术当天患者进入手术室后观察组与对照组相比较,观察组患者血流动力学有显著性差异(P<0.05),而两组间血糖比较无显著性差异。术后回访分析24 h疼痛分级和48h情绪状态,观察组与对照组相比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论术前、术后访视不仅对肿瘤患者心理状态有明显改善,而且对血流动力学指标有着积极的稳定作用。

【Objective】 To explore preoperative,postoperative visit on the mental status of the patients with tumor operation effect.【Methods】 Randomly120 cases tumor operation were divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each group.Using the self rating anxiety,in operation for 1 days and the first postoperative days to the very next day respectively for the two groups of patients were evaluation and analysis,at the same time monitoring hemodynamics and blood glucose index.【Results】 The preoperative,postoperative visit observation group operation patients fear,anxiety and pain were lower than that in the control group,with significant difference（P ＆lt;0.05）,the day of operation patients enter the operation room observation group compared with the control group,the patients in the observation group hemodynamics are significantly different（P ＆lt;0.05）,and between the two groups there was no statistically significant difference in comparison of blood glucose.After a return visit of 24h pain classification and 48h emotional state,the observation group compared with the control group had significant difference（P ＆lt;0.01）.【Conclusion】 Preoperative,postoperative visit not only for tumor patients psychological status have improved significantly,but also on hemodynamic indexes have positive stabilization.
