经皮腔内支架植入术治疗上腔静脉阻塞综合征的临床研究

摘要 目的各种原因所致的上腔静脉阻塞综合征介入治疗的疗效评价。方法经股静脉路径对16例上腔静脉阻塞综合征患者行支架植入术治疗。结果所有患者支架植入术均一次成功,与上腔静脉阻塞综合征相关的症状、体征基本消失,无并发症发生。结论经皮腔内支架植入术是治疗上腔静脉阻塞综合征安全、有效的方法。 【Objective】 To discuss the treatment method and efficiency of superior vena cava syndrome（SVCS） by interventional therapy.【Methods】 16 patients with SVCS were interventionally treated through transfemoral approches.【Results】 All cases were successfully placed stents,stent implantation can relieve the obstructive symptoms and signs immediately,without complications.【Conclusion】 Percutaneous endovascular stent implantation is safe and effective to relieve the obstruction of SVCS.
