摘要
全长膨胀塑料锚杆作为一种新型的巷帮支护材料 ,其性能参数严重影响着它在工程中的实际应用 ,为此 ,作者对其性能参数进行了实验室测定 ,主要包括 :膨胀剂配比、自由膨胀直径、注水孔间距和膨胀应力 .实验表明 ,注水孔间距对全长膨胀塑料锚杆长度方向上的膨胀均匀程度有很大影响 .用该配比配制的膨胀剂注水后的膨胀应力接近于煤体的单向抗压强度 ,可用于煤巷巷帮支护 .
The full length expansive plastic anchor is a new type anchor.Its properties affect its use in engineering directly.The author has tested its parameters by experiments.The parameters include the mixing ratio of expansive agent,the expansive diameter,the distance between water injection holes and the test of the expansive stress.Experiments have showed:the distance between water injection holes affect evidently the anchor’s expansive stress is close to the coal’s compression strength,it can be applied to support the wall of coal tunnel
