摘要
水情自动测报系统正日益广泛地应用于大中型水利水电工程中,发挥着越来越重要的作用。遥测站建设、数据传输通信网建设、水情数据接收处理软件编制、高级应用软件编制是做好水情自动测报系统的关键内容。实现资源共享,加大自主研发力度,加强国际交流与合作,是充分发挥我国水情自动测报系统功能、提高自主创新水平、增强国际竞争力的重要途径。
The automatic system of hydrological data telemetering and forecasting is more and more widely used and play a more and more important role in large and medium--sized water conservancy and hydropower projects. The telemetering station, data transmission and communication network, hydrologic data reception processing software and other advanced application software are the key of the construction of automatic system of hydrological data telemetering and forecasting. Realizing resource sharing, strengthening independent research and development and international exchange and cooperation are important ways to fully play the functions, raise the level of independent innovation and increase international competitiveness of automatic hydrological data telemetering and forecasting system in China.
