摘要 通过强度、弹性模量及相对渗透系数试验,研究了硅粉对塑性混凝土力学和抗渗性能的影响。结果表明:在0~40%掺量范围内,硅粉对塑性混凝土各强度均有提高作用,最佳掺量为30%左右;相同掺量下,硅粉对塑性混凝土强度提高幅度由大到小为劈拉、抗压、抗折强度;随着硅粉掺量的增大,塑性混凝土强度和弹性模量均呈先增大后减小趋势,其中弹性模量的增幅小于抗压强度,有利于降低塑性混凝土的弹强比;硅粉可明显降低塑性混凝土的相对渗透系数。 Based on the tests of strength, elastic modulus and relative permeability coefficient, the influences of silica fume on the mechanical properties and anti-permeability of plastic concrete are researched. The findings are as follows: (a) the silica fume can improve the strength of plastic concrete when the content is 0-40%, and the best content of silica fume is around 30%; (b) the silica fume can improve splitting tensile, compressive and flexural strengths of plastic concrete, and larger for splitting tensile strength and smaller for flexural strength on the condition of same silica fume content; (c) the strength and elastic modulus of plastic concrete will increase first and then decrease with the increase of silica fume content, but the increase of elastic modulus is less than compressive strength, which is benefit to decrease the ratio of elastic modulus and compressive strength; and (d) the silica fume can significantly reduce relative permeability coefficient of plastic concrete.
