摘要
在无线通信系统中,功率放大器的性能是否优良将直接影响整个通信基站的性能。介绍了一种工作频段在1 037~1 057 MHz采用Doherty结构的高效率功率放大器的仿真和设计过程。通过对其原理的理论推导,结合仿真对性能的分析。最终测试的结果显示实际输出效率39.7%,输出功率44 dBm。测试结果证实本设计能够满足在通信系统中的应用,显示Doherty架构比传统的回退技术具有更高的效率。
In a wireless communication system, the capability of the power amplifier would directly affect the performance of the entire base station. The process simulation and design of the high efficiency Doherty power amplifier is proposed which is working between the band of 1 037 MHz and 1 057 MHz. Derived by its principles theory, combined with the analysis of simulation result, the final test results show that the actual output efficiency is 39.7%, the output power is 44 dBm. Test results confirm that the present design is able to meet the application in a communication system, the dis- play Doherty architecture has a higher efficiency than the conventional fallback technology.
