摘要
针对军官配置规则缺乏统一的建模方法这一问题,提出人力资源群体结构算子的概念,以此概念为基础对配置规则进行分类描述与建模,从而建立起军官配置模型,并讨论了此模型的应用,最后通过示例说明了本方法的有效性.
In accordance with the hardness for modeling of officers matching rules, The Group Structure Operator of Human Resource(GSOHR) is defined, and a method for describing the matching rules based on GSOHR is proposed. This method classifies the matching rules into several categories and each category is translated into corresponding model form. Thus, the Officers Matching Model is founded. Furthermore, the model's application is discussed. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the efficiency of the above method.
