摘要
提出利用层状双氢氧化物的阴离子交换能力和结构重建能力,改性增强水泥混凝土材料的抗碳化能力。利用TEM、XRD、FTIR等技术对原状层状双氢氧化物与改性层状双氢氧化物碳化前后的微观结构与成分进行了分析,证实其固碳能力。实验研究了水滑石改性水泥净浆和混凝土的碳化过程,证实水滑石可显著提高混凝土的抗碳化能力,并结合XRD、SEM分析等技术对其微观机理进行了探讨。研究结果建立了一种提高混凝土抗碳化能力的全新的技术途径。
A new method for enhancing the carbonation resistance of cement concrete based on the anion exchange capacity and structural reconstruction capability of layered double hydroxides is proposed in this study. The microstructure and composition of the layered double hydroxides before and techniques. Its carbon immobilization capability is confirmed. after carbonation are analyzed with TEM, XRD and FTIR The carbonation process of cement paste and concrete rood- ified with layered double hydroxides is investigated experimentally which confirms that the layered double hydroxides can significantly promote the carbonation resistance of concrete. The microstructural mechanisms are analyzed with XRD and SEM. A new approach for enhancing the carbonation resistance of concrete is established in this study.
