利用煤矸石与页岩制备无熟料胶凝材料的研究 被引量:4

Preparation of Cementitious Materials Without Clinker Using Coal Gangue and Clay Shale

摘要 研究了煤矸石、页岩复掺并激活后替代水泥熟料生产胶凝材料的可行性;利用XRD和X射线衍射分析等检测手段对煤矸石和页岩的矿物组成及化学成分进行了分析,运用DTA分析确定了煤矸石和页岩的最佳煅烧温度范围,并结合活性评价方法确定了最佳的煅烧工艺;采用脱硫石膏和CaO作为活性激发剂,结合胶砂强度对制备出的胶凝材料的宏观性能进行了分析,并利用SEM对其水化产物进行了系统的分析且探讨了其相关反应机理。结果表明,在实验中,当煤矸石与页岩的比例为7∶3且内掺5%脱硫石膏时,在780℃温度下保温2h且在空气中进行急冷的条件下,得到的煅烧样的活性最佳,且利用其制备出的胶凝材料的3d、28d胶砂强度均可达PC32.5强度等级。 The feasibility of using coal gangue and clay shale instead of cement clinker in the production of cementitious materials was studied in this papers the mineral and chemical composition of coal gangue and clay shale were analyzed through the means tests such as XRD and X-ray fluorescence analysis, and the optimal calcining temperature range of coal gangue and shale was defined by the DTA; and the activity evaluation method was conducted to get a optimal calcining progress ; the macroscopic properties of cementitious materials, which used FGD gypsum and CaO as the activitor, was analyzed through the cement mortar strength test, and the microstructure of hydration productc of cementitious materials was studied systematically by the SEM, and its reaction mechanisms was explored too. The results showed that, in this test, when the proportion of coal gangue and clay shale was 7 : 3 which the total proportion was 95% and the proportion of FGD gypsum was 5;, and it was calcined at 780 ;C for 2 hours,quickly cooling in air was conducted, the activity of the calined sample was the highest. And the early strength in 3 days and the later strength in 28 days of cementitious materials which was prepared by using the calcined sample steady of cement clinker could reach the strength class of PC32. 5.
