摘要
为获得钢渣在线重构的工程化参数,在炼钢转炉上开展了钢渣重构安环试验、配方工业中试和重构工艺调整等工业试验研究。研究结果表明,转炉钢渣经组分调节材料在线重构后,性能得到了显著的提高。组分调节材料中白渣与煤渣的最优配比为70∶30,组分调节材料的掺量为10%~15%。熔态钢渣与组分调节材料采用分批倾入混合的方法可使重构反应更彻底,获得的重构钢渣均匀性良好,28d活性指数不低于85%,游离氧化钙含量低于2%,达到了一级钢渣粉的指标。
In order to obtain engineering parameters of on-line steel slag reconstruction, a pilot-scale reconstruction re- search was carried out. The researches include security and environmental test, formula design and reconstruction process adjustment. Results show that the reconstruction can improve the cementitious property of steel slag remarkably. The ap- propriate ratio of electric arc furnace steel slag to coal bottom ash in adjusting materials is 70 : 30. The mixing amount of adjusting materials is about 10% - 15%. The reconstruction action can take place completely through mixing adjusting materials with molten steel slag steeply. The reconstructed steel slag obtained has met the standard of the first grade steel slag powder with greater than 85 % of 28 days activity index, no more than 2% of f-CaO content and a satisfied homogeneity in chemical composition.
