摘要
根据烧结材料塑性变形规律,推导出密度间断将导致法向速度间断。在变形能量方程中,等效应力采用后继屈服强度,速度间断值既要考虑切向速度间断,又要考虑法向速度间断。烧结材料变形能量方程奠定了上限分析法的基础,通过上限法分析烧结材料轴对称挤压塑性变形,理论计算值与实验结果一致。
According to the ways of plastic deformation for sintered powder materials, it is analyzed that the discontinuousness of density induces it of normal velocity in the deformed body. In deformation energy equation the equivalent stress is the following yield strength and the discontinuous quantity of the velocity includes both it of normal and tangential. The deformation energy equation is the foundation of upper bound method. The axisymmetric extrusion deformation of sintered powder copper is analyzed by means of upper bound method and the theoretical solution is in good agreement experimental result.
