右美托咪定对功能性鼻内窥镜患者术后恢复的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察右美托咪定对功能性鼻内窥镜手术患者术后恢复的影响。方法:选择ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级,择期行鼻内窥镜手术患者40例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(C组)和右美托咪定组(D组),每组20例。D组患者术前给予右美托咪定0.5μg/kg持续静脉泵注10min;C组泵注相同剂量生理盐水。随后采用相同麻醉诱导方案诱导气管插管。术中维持采用丙泊酚靶控浓度3~4μg/mL持续输注和瑞芬太尼0.15μg/(kg·min),间断给予顺式阿曲库铵0.1mg/kg。记录术中不同时间点患者的血压(MBP)、心率(HR)、脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO2);记录术后患者睁眼时间、拔管时间、术毕至出室时间。记录躁动、恶心呕吐、喉痉挛、寒战等不良反应的发生率。结果:2组患者一般资料组间比较差异无统计学意义;拔管和离室时,C组患者HR高于D组(P<0.05);2组患者睁眼时间、拔管时间及离室时间和拔管时Ramsay评分组间比较差异无统计学意义;术后躁动并发症发生率C组高于D组(P<0.05)。结论:术前给予0.5μg/kg右美托咪定不延长苏醒时间,但可减少功能性鼻内窥镜手术患者术后躁动发生率,提高恢复质量。
