摘要
应用电化学测试原理和化工传热原理,自行研制了一台海水冷却腐蚀污垢热阻一体化在线监测装置。通过模拟循环冷却海水处理工艺和水处理方案相关试验研究证明,该监测装置能真实、灵敏地反映海水冷却系统腐蚀、结垢的连续变化,是一种快速评价、筛选水处理药剂和调整水处理方案的有效技术手段,特别适用于现场应用研究和水处理效果监控。
An integrated on-line monitor of seawater cooling corrosion and fouling resistance was developed on the principles of electrochemistry test and chemical heat transfer. The cooling seawater treatment process was simulated, and experimental research on the water treatment schemes was performed. The results showed that the monitor could accurately and sensitively reflect the continuous change in corrosion and fouling of the seawater cooling system. It is an effective technical method for fast appraisal and selection of water treatment chemicals and adjustment of water treatment schemes.
