摘要
借助不同的赋权法发展出一种基于二阶段法的电能质量评估模型。该模型先用不同的赋权法计算各指标的初始权重,考虑方案的偏好信息后计算期望的指标权重,再利用最小二乘法建立指标权重的优化模型,求出最终的指标权重,最后计算综合评价值进行排序。基于简单加权法模型,对指标参数进行灵敏度计算。算例分析结果验证了所提模型的有效性。
A power quality evaluation model based on two-stage method is developed,which calculates the initial weight of different indexes by different weighting approaches respectively ,estimates the expected index weights by considering the preference information of each alternative,applies the least square method to establish the optimization model of index weight to determine the final index weights,and sorts the calculated comprehensive evaluative values. The index sensitivity is calculated based on simple weighting model. Results of case analysis verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.
