New Design for University Students Qualification Standard of Physical Exercises in the 21st Century

优化《大学生体育合格标准》的结构 ,简化实施方案 ,颁发《大学生体育合格标准证书》 ,从而使《合格标准》真正成为检验大学生体育教育状况的具体尺度和促进大学生积极参加体育锻炼、不断提高健康水平的重要手段 ,这些措施同时也提高了《合格标准》的法定地位 ,并降低了《合格标准》的操作难度。

Concerning measures are suggested in the article to simplify the standard so that it can practically become the measurement to inspect the current situation of university students physical education and,accordingly,promote their physical exercises.
