我国女子健身运动和竞技运动与女子体育教育的发展 ,已对体育科学的研究提出了新的课题。过去的一些理论已经不能满足女子体育发展的需要 ,于是对我国女子体育、健康的的研究在近几年来得到了一些发展 ,这些研究涉及面广、有深度、有新意。对此进行回顾、综合、分析 ,以对我国女子体育及健康研究的脉胳有一个较准确的把握 ,这种把握将使我们发现在这一研究过程中存在的问题 ,为女子体育及健康研究提供理论依据。

The development of Chinese womens bodybuilding exercises,athletic sport and physical education has posed a new subject for the research of sports science.Previous theories can not meet the needs of the development in this field,which has brought about some new development in the research of Chinese womens sports and health that are extensive and profound.A better understanding of all of these will bring us quite a lot refereces for the further research.
