大强度运动前后血PH值、血气指标、Hb、电解质变化特点及其相互关系的研究 被引量:10

摘要 检测 14名体育系男生 2 0 0W踏车疲劳性运动前、运动后即刻、 5min、 10min、 2 0min时 ,动脉化耳血的PH值、tCO2 、PCO2 、BE、SB、AB、PO2 、O2 ct、Hb以及K+ 、Na+ 、Ca2 + 浓度。结果 :血PH值、PO2 、tCO2 、BE、AB和SB在运动后 2 0min钟内均明显低于运动前 (P <0 0 0 1) ,并且 ,PH值与这些血气指标均存在高度正相关。Hb、PO2 、O2 ct、K+ 、Na+ 在运动后即刻均明显增加 (P <0 0 0 1) ,但经 2 0min钟休息后都基本恢复。血K+ 分别与PO2 、O2 ct高度正相关。Hb分别与PH值、BE、AB高度负相关。Ca2 + 无明显变化。结果表明 :大强度运动至疲劳时 ,机体以代谢性酸中毒表现为主 ,并合并呼吸性碱中毒。tCO2 、碱储和Hb对酸碱平衡均有调节作用。血液中CO2 过低对碱储生成不利。Hb有补偿碱储减少的作用。血气指标的变化与血K+ 和H+ 浓度增加有关。 In this study,PH value,carbon dioxide total (tCO 2),PCO 2 base excess,(BE)standard bicarbonate,(SB)actual bicarbont,(PO 2)oxygen content,(O 2ct)and Hb and the concentrations of K +,Na +and Ca 2+ in ears arterial blood were detected on the fourteen boy-students from the Department of Physical Education before and 0,5,10,20minutes after their high intension fatigue exercise on 200 watts treadmill.The results:PH value,PCO 2,tCO,BE,AB and SB are significantly lower than those before within 20 minutes after the exercise(P<0 001);and there are high positive correlation between PH value and the blood-air indexes.Hb,PO 2,O 2ct;K + and Na + all significantly increase the instant after exercise (P <0 001),and recover after 20 minutes.There are high positive correlations between K + and PO 2,K + and O 2ct,and high negative correlations between Hb and PH value,Hb and BE,Hb and AB.Ca 2+ has no significant change.These results indicate that:when fatigue comes out of high-strength exercise,the organism mainly presents metabolic acidosis,mixed with somewhat respiratory alkalosis.the tCO 2,bicarbonate and Hb can adjust the acid-base balance.Unduely low content of CO 2 in blood is harmful to the formtion of bicarbonate.Hb can compensate the reduction of bicarbonate.The changes of blood-air indexes have relation with the increase of corcentrations of K + and H +.
