An Overseas Literature Review on Investors Behavior Based on Investor Relationship

摘要从投资者关系的角度出发,首先,回顾了国外学者关于投资者行为理论研究的发展;然后,对投资者行为研究的2个主要层面进行了概括,进而详细归纳了影响投资者行为的主要内外部因素;最后,对本领域的相关研究进行了评述和展望。 From the perspective of investor relations, this paper mainly reviews theories of investor behavior in overseas literature, summarizes the study progress of the two key research directions to investor behavior and concludes internal and external influence factors to investor behavior. In addi- tion, the further study direction is also proposed. It is supposed to offer the reference to the relative study and practice in China.
