摘要 背景随着人口老龄化,接受手术和麻醉的脆弱肺功能患者逐年增加。患者围手术期肺功能保护越来越受到临床医师的重视。目的了解影响肺功能的因素及相应的肺功能保护措施。内容综述围手术期影响肺功能的因素以及肺功能保护的策略和方法。趋向围手术期存在多种影响肺功能的潜在因素,采取围手术期肺保护措施,预防和治疗术后围手术期肺部并发症(postoperative pulmonary complications,PPC)非常重要,是手术患者快速康复的有力保证。 Background As the ageing of the population, the number of patients with fragile pulmonary function underwent operation and anesthesia increase with years. Perioperative pulmonary function protection more and more get attention of Clinical doctors pay. Objective To learn factors affecting pulmonaryfunction and methods protecting pulmonary function. Content To review perioperative factors affecting pulmonaryfunction and corresponding methos protecting pulmonary function. Trend There are potential factors affecting pulmonary function during the perioperative period,perioperative protection of pulmonary function, prevention and treatment of postoperative pulmonary complications (PPC) is very important, which is powerful guarantee to promote fast recovery of patients.
