摘要
为解决供应商和制造商柔性合约的最优化决策问题并分析不同合约供应链系统的协调能力,通过设定供应商和制造商两阶段运作的契约模型,分别对远期合约、期权合约和组合合约中供应商和制造商的分散最优决策进行求解,得出不同合约供应链系统利润函数。以集中供应链作为协调的参考基准,用数值方法比较了三类合约的系统利润,发现组合合约的系统利润接近集中决策系统,而单纯的远期合约或期权合约的协调能力远逊于组合合约。
To solve the optimal problems on flexible contracts decisions of supplier and manufacturer, and to analyze the coordination competence of different supply chain contracts, the decentralized optimal decision of supplier and manufacturer in forward contracts, option contracts and portfolio contracts was solved respectively by setting the contract model of supplier and manufacturer's two-stage operation. The profit functions of different supply chain system were obtained. Based on the reference of centralized supply chain coordination, three types of contracts' system profit were compared by numerical method, and the results demonstrated that the system profit of portfolio contracts was closed to the centralized decision system, but the coordination competence of simple forward contracts or option contracts was much less than portfolio contracts.
