摘要
受高等教育者应向培养学校支付培养成本费的观念已被普遍认可,但按何种标准付费的问题目前在国内尚无定论.作者根据中国的国情,应用生产函数(Cobb—Douglas)的一般形式,就教育成本费与国家拨款、家庭收入、学生学费之间的关系进行讨论,并用生产函数建立了产出与投入之间的数学模型:Y=AertX1aX2bX3cX4dY—高校学生培养成本,X1—国家拨款,X2—学生学杂费,X3—城市居民家庭人均收入,X4—农村居民家庭人均收入,ert—投资的时间效益,反映出在某时段内,投入与产出间的比率,它是时间的函数.a、b、c、d分别为国家拨款、学生学杂费、城市居民人均收入、农村居民人均收入的弹性系数.
The idea of Tertiary Education Receivers should pay their education fee has been generally accepted,but according to what standard to pay still is a question.Based on the actual conditions in China and the application of Cobb-Douglas,the researchers have discussed the relationship between the students’education cost,household income,and tuition,and have formed the following teaching model with the quantitative relation of the output and the input of Cobb-Douglas: Y=AertX1aX2bX3cX4d Y--Tertiary Education Receivers’education fee,X1--the Government's allocations,X2-students' tuition,X3--average household income of towns folks,X4--average household income of rural residents,-time efficiency of investment.The model reveals the rate of input and output during some period of time,which is a time function.a,b,c,and d refer to the elastic coefficient of the Government’s allocations,students’tuition,average household income of towns folks and average household income of rural residents respectively.
