摘要
在比较分析外债融资成本及企业借入外债的原因的基础上,阐释了企业外债风险及其风险管理之间的内在关联,并就规避外债风险提出对策建议.
Based on the comparative analysis of foreign debt financing cost and enterprise borrowed foreign debt and the reason, this paper interpreted the internal connection between enterprise debt risks and risk management, and put forward some countermeasures on how to avoid debt risk.
