The Roles of Public Relations Department in the Military Hospital

本文结合实际,对医院外联办的职能、地位、作用及效果阐述和分析,指出医院管理者应当将"内涵建设"和"外联宣传"有机的统一,为医院对外联络工作创造良好环境。

The roles of public relations department were analysed deeply in this article. Then the effects of the work of the public relations department in the military hospital were discussed in detail. At last it was suggested that the work of ＂qulity construction＂ and ＂public relations activity＂ should be combined organically in the hospital, with which to provide a good environment to carry out public relations work.
