本文在回顾相关文献的基础上,从医院项目管理的实际需求出发,设计项目管理绩效考核体系,明确绩效考核原则,提出项目业绩考核和项目等级考核两部分的主要框架,为医院项目管理研究的深入探索提供参考。

The author reviewed the literatures of hospital project management, then combining with the hospital actual needs, the project management performance evaluation system was designed, which inclued two main parts as performance and classification assessemtn, and the performance appraisal principles were set up.
