Management and Control of Hospital Administration Expenses

本文从医院行政消耗性经费开支的特点出发,分析行政消耗性经费开支中存在的问题及原因,以期通过建立标准体系,设定开支限额,费用结算由凭票报销向货币化支付过渡,不断提高经费保障能力。

In this article, we analyzed the characters of hospital administrative expenses, the problems and causes of management of administrative expenses. Then the countermeasures were proposed as to establish a standard system, expenses allowance, change the reimbursement mode.
