制定完善的医疗保险支付方式是医疗保险改革及费用控制的重点与难点,其改革已成为各国控制医疗费用过快上涨的主要手段和关键。本文在对国内外主要医疗保险支付方式进行归纳、比较的基础上,总结可供我国医疗保险支付方式改革与完善的借鉴经验,进而提出我国医疗保险支付方式的合理发展趋势。

How to formulate a sound payment of health insurance is a difficult issue in health - insurance reform and medical cost control, and the reform has been regard as a key point to control the rapid rising medical expense worldwide. In this paper, the author summarized the experiences for our health insurance reform on the ba- sis of conclusion and comparison of domestic and overseas payment modes. Furthermore, the rational development trend was figured out of the health insurance payment mode in China.
