Economic Management in Hospital Clinical Departments

目的提高医院管理者对经济管理在医院临床科室中重要性的意识。方法通过增强成本意识,注重管理环节,规范制度建设等措施加强经济管理工作。结果通过加强经济管理工作,提高科室及医院的经济效益。结论医院管理者应重视经济管理工作,促使科室效益显著提升。

Objective To make the hospital managers aware of the importance roles of economic manage- ment in the clinical department management. Method Professional trainings were carried out to make the clinic department managers pay attetnion cost control, advance manaagement and strandard the relative regulations. Result The department economic benefits have been improved significantly. Conclusion The department leaders should attach to the importance of economic management, and make use of it to improve the economic benefits of the departments.
