摘要
目的探讨军队医院聘用制人员满意度问卷的信效度,为后续的调查做准备。方法在某军队医院聘用制人员流失较严重的八个科室中发放问卷进行调查。结果问卷Cronbach'α系数为0.942,条目经标化后算得信度为0.943;各维度内条目的 Cronbach'α系数在0.524~0.892。采用结构效度因子分析发现第五个维度的条目分散在不同因子上,而且整体来看所有维度基本上只集中在5个因子上,进一步采用验证性因子分析法进行验证。验证性因子分析的路径图,近似误差均方根RMSEA=0.057,GFI=0.891,CFI=0.92,AGFI=0.802,RMR=0.079。结论军队医院聘用制人员满意度问卷信效度都较好,可以用于之后准备进行的调查。
Objective To test the reliability and validity of the satisfaction questionnaire for brain drain of employee in the military hospital. Methods Eight departments in which the drained phenomena is serious were selected to participate the investigation. Results The α coeffieient of the questionnaires was 0. 942, and the reliability of the standarded items was 0.943. The α oefficient of the items in different dimensions were 0.524 - 0.892. The structure validity factor analysis found that the items of fifth dimension were scattered, and all dimensions mainly fo- cused on five factors. Further using confirmatory factor analysis verification, we found that for the road map, RMSEA = 0. 057, GFI = 0. 891, CFI = 0.92, AGFI = 0. 802, RMR = 0. 079. Conclusion The reliability and validity of satisfaction questionnaire for Brain Drain of Employee are satisfactory and the questionnaire can be used in the further survey.
