摘要 医师的评价应以专业技能评价为主,合理设定医师专业技能评价指标,方能对各类医师进行客观、公正、准确的评价,指标设定应考虑重要性、导向性、公平性和可操作性,指标应包括数量指标、质量指标、核心制度落实指标和导向性指标,应建立指标数据库,明确所有数据来源和负责部门,以确保所有数据的客观、真实,确保评价工作持续有效进行。 The evaluation of physicians should set emphasis on the expertise appraisal, and a reasonable physician expertise evaluation system can help us to make objective, fair and accurate evaluation of the doctors. In the design of the indexes, the importance, guidance, fairness and operability should be taken into account. The evaluation indexes system should include quantitative index, quality index, core -system implement index and orientation index. Also the indexes database should be set up, and the data sources and the management department should be made clear, with these to ensure the evaluation work to be implemented continuously and effectively.
