This paper,with the analyses and inductive methods from literature and data,expounds the scientific necessity of forming the PE drawing subject,and it also explicates the basic theories and some factors to form the subject. From the scientific angle, the article elaborates the name of the subject, the concept, the meaning, the resarch object and methods. And, according to the actual and objective conditions at present, the structual system for the subject is now conceived and offered.
