摘要 以过硫酸胺(ammonium persulfate,APS)为引发剂,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(N,N′-methylenebisacryla-mide,MBA)为交联剂,采用溶液插层聚合法制备了蒙脱土/海藻酸钠接枝丙烯酸-2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(montmorillonite/sodium alginate graft poly(acrylic acid-co-2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propane sulfonic acid),MMT/SA-P(AA-co-AMPS))复合高吸水性树脂。研究了引发剂用量、交联剂用量、蒙脱土掺入量、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)用量、丙烯酸(acrylic acid,AA)中和度等因素对树脂吸液性能的影响,获得了最佳的反应条件。室温下MMT/SA-P(AA-co-AMPS)对去离子水和0.9%NaCl溶液的最大吸收倍率分别为1242和103g/g。 Montmorillonite/sodium alginate graft poly (acrylic acid-co-2-acrylamido-2-methyl-l-propane sulfonic acid) superabsorbent composite was prepared by using ammonium persulfate(APS) as an initiator and N,NLmethylenebi- sacrytamide (MBA) as a cross linker through solution intercalation polymerization. In addition, the effect of such fac- tors as the content of initiator, cross linker, montmorillonite(MMT), 2-acrylamido-2-methyl-l-propane sulfonic acid (AMPS) and the neutralization degree of acrylic acid (AA) on water and saline absorbency was investigated, and optimal reaction conditions were obtained, under which the maximum absorbency of ionized water and 0.9% sodium chloride solution was 1242 and 103 g/g respectively.
