摘要
目的了解某打印机生产企业存在的职业病危害因素及其危害程度。方法按照国家相关标准的要求,对该企业工作场所职业病危害因素进行监测并分析结果,针对超标的工作岗位进行整改并进行效果分析。结果本次监测化学有害因素91点,合格87点,合格率为95.6%。物理因素测量18点,13点合格,合格率为72.2%。经过整改,超标的粉尘、正己烷浓度符合国家接触限值要求。噪声工作岗位整改效果同样明显,但部分工作岗位噪声强度仍超过国家接触限值,劳动者需做好个人防护。结论该企业针对超标工作岗位的整改措施可行,防护效果较好,但仍需重点关注存在正己烷和噪声危害的工作岗位。
Objective To understand the occupational hazard factors and harmful levels of printer production factory. Methods According to the requirements of the national standards, the occupational hazard factors in the workplaces were monitored and the improvement measures on the posts exceeding allowable limits were analyzed. Results The qualified rate of chemical hazard factors were 95.6% (87/91 monitoring points). The qualified rate of physical hazard factors were 72. 2% (13/18 monitoring points). After improvement measures, the concentrations of dust and N -hexane met the requirements of national exposure limits. The most posts for noise also had obvious effect, but the concentrations of some posts still exceeded the requirements of national standards, which should be required better personal protection against noise for workers. Conclusion The improvement measures on the posts exceeding the allowable limits in the factory are feasible with good protecting effect. But the N -hexane and noise still should be strengthened to control in the working posts.
