摘要
采用高温固相法合成了Gd2SiO5:Eu3+红色荧光粉。研究了灼烧温度、保温时间、助熔剂等因素对样品发光性能的影响。采用荧光分光光度计对样品的发光性能进行了分析。结果表明:当Eu3+的掺杂浓度为0.05mol,在1300℃保温4h的条件下合成的荧光粉具有较好的发光性能。在276nm激发下,荧光粉的发射峰位于610nm附近。
GdaSiO5: Eu^3+red phosphors were prepared successfully by the high temperature solid-state method. The effects of calcining temperature, holdining time and fluxing agent on the luminescence properties were studied systematically. The luminescent properties of the sample were analyzed by fluorescence spectrophotometer. The results show that the optimum calcining condition of Gd2SiO5: Eu^3+ was 1300℃, holding time was 4h and the concentration of BaF2 is 0.10wt%, the phosphors have well luminescent properties while the ratio of Eu^3+ is 0.05mol. The emission peaks of phosphors located at 610nm by 270nm excited.
