应用损伤控制骨科技术治疗严重多发伤合并骨折疗效观察

The clinical observation of damage control orthopedic technology in the treatment of severe multiple injury with fracture

目的:探讨采用损伤控制骨科技术治疗严重多发伤合并骨折的效果。方法:选择2009年2月至2013年2月在我院治疗的严重多发伤合并骨折患者60例,均给予损伤控制骨科技术治疗,对患者的恢复情况进行追踪分析。结果:住院治疗时间2～15d,平均(5.2±2.3)d;合并ARDS及血栓形成各1例,对症处理后好转;无死亡病例。结论:采用损伤控制骨科技术治疗严重多发伤合并骨折,可显著改善预后,提高生活质量。

Objective： To investigate the effect of damage control orthopedic technology in the treatment of severe multiple injury with fracture. Methods ：60 patients from 2009 February to 2013 February in our hospital for treatment of severe multiple injury with fracture as the research object, were treated with damage control orthopedic technology, follow - up analysis of the recovery of patients. Results ：60 patients hospitalized time was 2 - 15d, the average （ 5.2± 2.3 ） d ; combined with ARDS and thrombosis in 1 cases, symptomatic improvement after symptomatic treatment ; no deaths occurred. Conclusion：Using damage control orthopedic technology to treat severe multiple injury with fraeturecan significantly improve the prognosis, accelerate the reha-bilitation of patients, improve the quality of life.
