综合治疗先天性唇腭裂113例随访研究

Follow-up and study of comprehensive treatment of 113 cases of congenital cleft lip and palate

目的:评估综合治疗先天性唇腭裂的疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院113例小儿唇腭裂综合治疗的临床效果和生活质量。本组男43例,女70例,年龄0～5岁,体重7～19kg。7例唇裂手术,10例腭裂手术,81例唇裂合并腭裂手术。术后给予语言康复训练。结果:手术存活率100%。语音清晰度有效率100%。术后切口感染2例,切口裂开1例。无心理异常;1例术前体格发育落后者呈生长追赶。结论:唇腭裂手术改善了小儿唇腭裂的预后,术后并发症少见。周密的术后管理有助于发现各种并发症、保证术后生活质量。

Objective： To evaluate the curative effect of comprehensive treatment of congenital cleft lip and palate. Methods： A retrospective a- nalysis of 113 cases of children with cleft lip and palate surgery clinical effect and quality of life. The group of male 43 cases,female 70 cases ,age 0 - 5 years old,weight 7 ~ 19 kg. 7 cases of cleft lip surgery,lO cases of cleft palate surgery,81 cases of cleft lip with cleft palate surgery. Gave the language re- habilitation training after operation. Results：Surgical survival rate 100%. Postoperatively language training speech intelligibility improved 100%. Wound infection in 2 cases ,wound dehiscence in 1 ease. All children live without mental disorders;1 case of preoperative physique growth laggard occurred post- operative growth. Conclusion：Cleft lip and palate surgery improve the prognosis of children with cleft lip and palate, postoperative complications were rare. Careful postoperative management will help to find all kinds of local complications, and ensurepostoperative quality of life.
