外固定架和轴型皮瓣修复治疗胫骨开放性骨折的护理效果观察

Nursing effect observation of external fixator and type axial skin flap repair in the treatment of open tibial fracture

目的:探讨外固定架和轴型皮瓣修复治疗胫骨开放性骨折的护理方法与效果。方法:针对我科收治的18例外固定架和轴型皮瓣修复治疗胫骨开放性骨折患者,采取术前充分准备、术后密切观察病情,给予有效护理措施。结果:显效11例(61.11%),有效6例(33.33%),无效1例(5.56%)。结论:胫骨开放性骨折采用外固定架和轴型皮瓣修复治疗后加强临床护理措施可取得较好效果。

Objective：To explore the nursing methods and effects of external fixator and type axial skin flap repair in the treatment of open tibial fracture. Methods： 18 patients with open tibial fracture were treated by external fixator and type axial skin flap repair, took adequate preoperative preparation and postoperative close observation condition, provided effective care measures. Results： Obvious effects occurred 11 eases （61.11% ）, 15 patients （ 33.33% ） were effective, 1 patients（ 5.56% ） were ineffective. Conclusion ： Using external fixator and type axial skin flap repair to treat open tibial fracture, and strengthen the clinical nursing measures, can achieve better results.
