By the analysis of mechanism of ball sense,the testing and evaluation model of ball sense was set up through statistical methods of regression and discrimination.Results showed that ball sense was an important indicator to select players in table tennis and the discriminant was significant based on the testing and evaluation model discussed in the paper.
