邻苯二甲酸二辛脂对PVC-U管材管件主要物性的影响

Influence of DOP on Main Performances of PVC-U Pipes and Fittings

为观察增塑剂对硬质聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)管材管件物性的影响,以配方中添加一定量的邻苯二甲酸二辛脂(DOP)作为对照组,检测PVC-U管材管件主要物性指标。结果显示加入一定量的DOP能增加PVC-U管材的冷弯曲性能,但使其抗压性能,拉伸强度及维卡软化温度下降。建议对不同产品的配方添加不同量的增塑剂,以达到最佳效益。

The effect of plasticizer on the performances of rigid polycrinyl chloride （PVC-U） pipe and pipe fitting were researched. The results showed that the bending property of it is improved when a fixed quantity dioctyl phthalate （DOP） are added, but the compressing strength, tensile strength and temperature of vicar softening point are dropping. So we suggested that to add different quantities plasticizers for different formulas of PVC-U pipe and pipe fittings.
