摘要
通过文献资料研究和对 1999年世界杯排球赛的观察 ,以及对近年世界排球技战术创新动态的具体分析 ,指出中国排球队在国际大赛上屡受重挫的重要原因之一在于缺乏技战术创新 ,并且说明了创新滞后是由于贯彻技战术指导思想不坚决 ,观念落后 ,缺乏科学的指导 ,教练员经验欠缺 ,水平不高等原因造成的。
Through studying documents,Surveying to the '99 world Cup volleyball Match and analyzing concretely the innovative trend in volleyball technique and strategy all over the world in recently years.Author think one of the important reason that Chinese volleyball team suffered repeatedly serious defeats in the international games is deficient in new technique and strategy.The sluggish innovations resulted from implementing hesitatingly the philosophy of volleyball training in China,backward conceptions,lacking scientific guide,coachs' poor experience and low level.
