The Interaction between Hainan Li and Miao Minorities in the Context of SEZ

海南岛是我国唯一省级建制经济特区,也是具有典型意义的边疆多民族聚居区。海南得改革风气之先,政策优惠、经济发达、文化开放。在经济特区背景下,黎、苗的族际交往互动具有新的特点,民族关系也呈现出新格局。了解特区背景下黎、苗两族的互动环境、互动场所、互动模式以及互动效果,是分析民族关系的现状和趋势的前提。

Hainan is the only provincial SEZ （Special Economic Zone） as well as a frontier multiminority area with its own typical significance. In the context of SEZ, the interation between the Li and Miao ethnil minorities shows new characteristics and new pattem. To understand the interatctive environmenst, interactive sites, interactive modes and interactive effects in the context of SEZ is the precondition of the analysis of the current situation and trend of minority national relationship.
