摘要
提高农村学校的教学质量是发展农村教育的根本目标,实现目标的关键在于提升农村学校教师的专业能力和专业素质。基于农村学校的实际,通过构建教师专业学习共同体,能够帮助农村学校教师的教学理念、教学水平与技能等方面的改进,从而有效提高农村学校的教学质量。
The fundamental objective to develop rural education is to improve the quality of education in rural schools, while the key to achieve the goal is to enhance the professional competence and professional qualities of teachers in these schools. According to the fact of rural schools, construction of teachers ' professional learning communities can help to improve the teaching concept, knowledge, and skills of teachers in rural schools so as to improve the quality of education in rural schools effectively.
