摘要
政府、用人单位和学生构成了高职教育的消费者群体,他们对高职教育的共同的利益诉求是人力资本开发,并集中体现在人才培养目标上。高职院校在教学质量管理方面,应围绕人才培养目标,树立让消费者满意的教学质量观,构建消费者参与的教学质量管理机制,减少信息的不对称性,降低交易风险,从而更好地满足消费者的利益诉求。同时,以让消费者满意为动力,以人才培养质量报告制度、人才培养工作状态数据采集平台为抓手,构建教学质量持续改进机制。
Government, employer and student constitutes consumers of high vocational education (HVE). To develop man capital is their common demand to HVE, which is embodied in the personnel training objective of HVE. According to the personnel training objective, vocational colleges should establish an idea that serves the consumers, and build teaching quality management system by which the consumers can participate in teaching management, reduce the asymmetry of teaching information and the risks of "business deal", and effectively meet the interest demand of consumers. Besides, vocational colleges should build the improvement mechanism of teaching quality, which runs on the satisfaction of consumers and bases on personnel training quality reporting system and personnel training work status data acquisition platform.
