摘要
以江苏理工大学三个专业 89名男性学生为研究对象 ,通过对学生耐力跑的三种距离与达标时间、脉博变化、身体感觉、教学方法等进行实验研究与比较分析 ,认为普通高校体育课学生耐久力考核标准以 2 40 0m距离、12min达标时间作为考核标准较为适宜。体育课中使学生掌握一些自我评价方法 ,是提高教学质量与学生体质水平的有效方法。
The running distance and time, the change of pulse and feeling of body of 89 students majoring in three specialities were tested and analyzed.Author think that the distance of endurance test-standard is 2400m, and the running time is within 12 minutes, these data is suitable for students of usual universities. If students understand and use some self-evaluation methods in P.E.courses, the teaching quality and fitness level of students will be improved.
