摘要
为使计算机辅助设计在螺旋离心泵设计中得到更为深入的应用,根据螺旋离心泵流道内流体运动特征,建立表述理想状态下泵流道内流体质点运动轨迹的数学模型.将此数学模型作为叶轮型线模型,在MATLAB中解得叶轮轮缘、轮毂型线数据,将型线数据导入PRO/E生成三维空间的叶轮轮缘、轮毂型线,使用造型工具直接构造叶轮.通过螺旋离心泵设计实例及数值模拟验证,使用该设计方法设计过程简洁,对设计经验要求降低,设计质量得到提高,螺旋离心泵模型在设计工况,效率提高9.39%.
In order to obtain in-depth application of computer-aided design in the design of screw centrifu- gal pump and according to the characteristics of the fluid flow in the screw centrifugal pump, a mathematL cal model was set up for the motion locus of fluid particle within the pump flow passage in ideal condition. Taking this mathematical model as a model for the pump impeller and use MATLAB, the data of profiles of impeller flange and hub was obtained. Inputting these data into PRO/E, then their three dimensional profiles were generated and the impeller was directly constructed with the modeling tools. It was verified by an actual design of screw centrifugal pump and numerical simulation that using this design method, the design process would be simple and fast, the design experience was lowered, and design quality improved. When the screw centrifugal pump model worked in the design condition, its efficiency was improved by 9. a9%.
