体育管理中 ,教练员的管理策略直接影响整个运动队的成绩和水平。笔者从心理学的角度对其进行分析 ,就如何激发教练员的热情 ,调动他们的积极性和责任感 ,实现对教练员管理的最佳效果 ,为我国体育事业的发展 ,做一些探讨性的研究。

The management strategy of coach influence directly the level and perfomance of sports teams. From the point of psychology, anthors made a exploratory research on some aspects such as how to rouse coach′s enthusiasm and to stimulate their responsibility. All of these is to obtain the best effect in coach′s management.
