男子篮球专项大运动量训练的综合监测及评价 被引量:11

摘要 通过对篮球大运动量训练期间及大负荷训练课后受试者血液及尿液生理、生化指标的测定发现 ,血NH3与血LA相似 ,表现出对运动强度的高度敏感性。Hb、BUN、尿PRO及URO在整个训练过程中随负荷量大小及机体和机能状态的变化呈现出先降后升或先升后降的变化趋势 ,说明适用于篮球专项大学生的“大运动量”以略低于同龄专业运动员的运动量为宜。但所测指标均具有一定的个体差异性 ,提示篮球训练监测应注意指标选择的多样化及测试的连续性。 The aim of this study was to investigate the physiological and biochemistry parameters of blood and urine, which was applied to monitoring the load intensity and physical condition during hard training phase and one intensive training workout in basketball. The major result was found that, like blood lactate, ammonia was strongly sensitive to exercise intensity. Hb, BUN, urine PRO, and urine URO showed the change trend of decreasing then increasing or increasing then decreasing. The results indicated that training volume suiting to tasketball players of students was lightly lower than the basketball players of the same age. All parameters in this study showed individual difference. It was suggested that chosen parameters should be diversified and monitoring should be successive in the basketball training.
