某部师以上干部健康体检307例结果分析

Analysis on physical examination result in 307 government cadres above the divisions level

目的健康体检是预防保健工作重中之重,通过健康体检可以准确了解干部的健康状况,为预防保健工作提供决策依据。方法选取2012年度某部师职以上干部307例体检结果进行分析。结果 81%参检干部存在异常,患病率前4位疾病分别为继发性高脂血症85例(27.7%),原发性高血压65例(21.2%),肝囊肿34例(11.1%),脂肪肝33例(10.7%)。进一步对继发性高脂血症患者性别、年龄、吸烟史、饮酒史、运动锻炼习惯等影响因素行亚组χ2检验分析,高脂血症无脂肪肝组与高脂血症合并脂肪肝组患者间性别、年龄、吸烟史比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者间饮酒史、饮食习惯、运动锻炼习惯比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本组人群健康体检继发性高脂血症患病率高,饮酒、无规律饮食及非长期运动锻炼均是其高危因素,因此应重视健康体检与预防保健,倡导健康饮食及生活习惯,戒烟限酒,增强体育锻炼,有效预防疾病发生。

Objective Physical examination is the preventive health care work,to accurately grasp the health condition of cadre who above division level,enhance forces fighting capacity. Methods 307 cases of cadres physically examined in 2012 were enrolled and check-up results were analyzed. Results 81% inspection cadres showed physical abnormal. The top four diseases were secondary hyper- lipidemia prevalence in 85 cases （27.7%） ,primary hypertension in 65 cases （21.2%） ,liver cyst in 34 cases （11.1%） ,and fatty liver in 33 cases （10.7%）. The chi-square analysis for secondary hyperlipidemia patients on gender, age, history of smoking, drinking, exer- cise habits influence factors such as line subgroup was carried out and showed that this kind of disease patients with bad habits. There were no differences on gender, age, history of smoking between hyperlipidemia combined with fatty liver and the patients with non-fatty liver（ P 〉 0.05 ）. The long-term drinking, irregular diet and exercise for a long time and secondary hyperlipidemia significantly positively related to risk（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion In this group of people, secondary hyperlipidemia prevalence rate is high. Long-term drinking, irregular diet and exercise for a long time are the risk factors. We should pay attention to the health check-up and preventive care, advo- cate healthy eating and living habits, quitting alcohol, strengthen physical training, effective in preventing disease.
