摘要
收集极是行波管的主要发热部件,本文利用ANSYS对某行波管的四级降压收集极进行了热分析,其中利用了AN-SYS中的接触单元CONTA172和TARGE169来模拟收集极各零件间的接触热阻。该方法相对以前人们采用接触区过渡薄层的方法更加简便,特别是解决了接触区过渡薄层划分网格困难、计算量巨大的难题。通过分析,本文给出了收集极的最高温度随接触面积比和配合间隙变化的规律。
The thermal behavior, particularly the thermal contact resistance at the contacts of different parts, of the four-stage depressed collector of the traveling wave tube (TWT) was physically approximated, mathematically modeled, and numerically simulated with the software package: ANSYS contact elements (CONTA172 and TARGE169). The advan- tage of the newly-developed simulation model over the previously reported one, which requires addition of a thin transition layer at the contact of two parts, significantly reduces the massy computation amount because the major technical difficulty in meshing the thin transitional layer at the contact was surmounted. The dependence of the highest temperature of the col- lector on the contact area ratio and fit clearance was evaluated fairly accurately in the simulation.
