广西田东县是我国农村金融综合改革试点的第一个县,4年的改革试点取得了明显成效,形成了我国农村金融综合改革试点的"田东模式"。"田东模式"的实践表明,健全农村金融市场主体,优化金融支付的结算环境,加大农村信用基础环境建设,积极引导农村信贷产品创新,构建农业经营的利益保障和风险分散机制,是破解我国农村金融服务难题的关键。

Tiandong,a county of Guangxi Zhuang Automous Region,is the first county piloting comprehensive reform of rural finance in China,and has achieved remarkable results during the four-year reform practice. The comprehensive reforms of rural finance in China,represented by the ＂Tiandong Model＂ ,has proved that the key to solve the problems of rural financial service necessarily lies in effective measures,including building a sound rural financial market,optimizing the environment for financial payment settlement,increasing financial input in the construction of rural credit basis,innovating rural credit products,as well as establishing the safeguard and risk dispersion mechanisms for the interests of agricultural management.
